This was the first thing I saw when I arrived in amsterdam... what a pretty sunrise.
It took me a little bit to figure out that these were all bikes.
Amsterdam Central Train Station.
The canals throughout Amsterdam were beautiful.
I loved the architecture.
There are tons of houseboats on the Amstel River.
More houseboats.
These hooks are used to help people move in and out of the townhouses.
Here is someone moving out.
This was a huge chessboard. Local people were playing.
I went to the Anne Frank House. It was really amazing to see. No photography was allowed inside the house.
Exterior of the Anne Frank House.
Everyone bikes around Amsterdam.
Three people on one bike...
Look closely... The girl was standing on the back of the bike with her arms around her father.
I thought it sign was funny.
The flag of Amsterdam.
Red Light District Tour... Here are some windows...
I went to the Floating Flower Market.
They may look like real tulips but they are actually made out of wood.
This is a side shot of the Floating Flower Market.
I took these from the top of a mall.
Windmill...
And Brewery... What a combination.

Love the family on the bike...although I am slightly concerned about the lack of helmets on the little ones at least? Here we are, looking to spend $800 on a bike trailer to keep Cole safe. Perhaps we should just move to Amsterdam and throw him on the handlebars for free! Love the pictures!
Kristi,
