Work Trips

I went on two trips for work in the past month.  The first one was to New York City and the second to Chicago.

Here are some pictures from Chicago.  I was able to see a few sites of the city while in town handling logistics for a meeting I planned.
The view out my window of Michigan Avenue.
Random statue on Michigan Avenue.
Another one...
Michigan River
Notice all the broken up ice in the river.  It was in the high 50's/low 60's when I was in town.

This is the "Chicago Bean."  It was fun to take picture of it.

My reflection in the "bean."

After our meeting at the Racquet Club of Chicago was over we went bowling at lanes located inside the club.  The lanes are so old that they don't have an automatic way to reload the pins.  They have to hire people to manually restack the pins.
I went to NYC the end of January to scout out locations for a meeting I am planning in May.  Here is a close up view of the Statue of Liberty.
The view from my hotel room.
The Brooklyn Bridge.

Is that the same bean like the necklace? Am I confusing public art with Tiffany's? :)

How come you aren't hugging the guy from "Green Acres"? I love the bowling photos...never seen a lane like that, if I bowled there I'd probably try to get a pin to hit the guy in the junk...
