Aspen the "angry" Christmas Cat!!

Some might think it is early but I have already started decorating for Christmas so posting these pictures seemed appropriate.  I also started listening to Christmas music last week.  What can I say I love the holidays!

Scottsdale

I went to Scottsdale, AZ for a week for meetings with work.  I stayed at the FireSky Resort and my meetings went well.  On Friday, 11/7 my former colleague from Russell, Julie Graham visited me.  She and her family moved to Arizona in August.  It was wonderful to see her.

Friday night Kelli picked me up and I stayed with the Blubaums for the weekend.  Kelli and I went and saw Kathy Griffin (the comedian from My Life on the D List - not to be confused with Kathy Lee Gifford).  She was really funny.  Saturday we went shopping and to lunch with Cole (who just turned 1 on November 3).  Saturday night Kelli, Shawn and I played Scene It.  What a fun game!!  I won the first game and Kelli the second.  Sorry Shawn... maybe next time... DVD Master.  Sunday we relaxed and I learned about Fantasy Football.  Shawn is the commissioner of his team.  I had a fabulous visit with the Blubaums and hope to see them again very soon.

When I was uploading pictures from Europe to Mom & Dad's computer I left my memory chip in their computer.  Of course I did not realize this until I arrived in Scottsdale so I was only able to take 4 pictures.  Here they are...

You might be wondering where is the 4th picture.  Well Kelli and I took two pictures.  You always have to have a back-up photo.  That is why there are only 3 pictures posted.  I posted the best one of the two of us. 

Halloween - Shake Your Ghoul Thing

A lot of you have heard me talk about my friend & neighbor Kristi.  Yes that is correct...we have the same name and spell it the exact same way.  We are also workout buddies and have started working out at 5am each weekday morning.  Yes you read that correctly...the not a morning person girl has been getting up early to hit the gym.  It helps to have a workout buddy who is waiting in the parking lot.

This picture is not from Halloween but rather Kristi's 26th birthday.  I thought it was cute so I included it in my blog.

Yes in case you were wondering I am wearing the same dress as part of my Halloween costume.   I was a witch.  Kristi did my make-up so it did not look like my everyday make-up.  Notice the cauldron purse.  I thought it went well with my costume.

We went to a Halloween Party hosted by one my Russell co-workers.  He rented a hanger at the old Sandpoint Navy Base (where the Doyles use to live).

I loved the socks.  I thought they made the outfit.

Halloween - Trick-or-Treating

I went trick-or-treating with Annabella & Trevor.  We went to my parent's house and they received big candy bars.  Trevor was a monkey and Bella was a lady bug.  Bella was nervous about trick-or-treating but after doing it once she wanted to stop by every house on the block.
